Pricing
- How much does a bouquet cost?
- Hand-tied bouquets start from around £42 and most sit between £45 and £70. Boxed arrangements start from £42 and door wreaths from £58. Every piece on the portfolio page shows a guide price for the size and style pictured.
- Why do prices vary?
- The final price depends on the flowers you choose, the size of the arrangement and the wrapping or container. Larger statement pieces and premium blooms such as peonies and gilded roses cost more than a compact everyday bouquet.
- Do you work to a budget?
- Yes. Tell Marina what you would like to spend and she will design something beautiful within it, suggesting flowers and sizes that give the best effect for the money.
- Is there a delivery charge?
- Local collection is free. Delivery is charged at a flat fee, confirmed with your quote before any work begins.
- How do I pay?
- Payment is by bank transfer or on collection. Bank details are sent by email once your order is confirmed. Card payment online is coming soon.
Lead times
- How long does an order take?
- Most bouquets and boxed arrangements are ready in 3 to 7 days. Wreaths and larger pieces usually take 7 to 10 days. Each portfolio piece lists its own typical lead time.
- Can you do a rush order?
- Sometimes — it depends on what Marina has in stock and how busy the week is. Get in touch with your date and she will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
- How far ahead should I book a wedding or event?
- Please allow at least 6 to 8 weeks for wedding and event work so there is time to agree the design, order the flowers and make everything without rushing.
- Are busy periods different?
- Yes. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas book up quickly, so order two to three weeks earlier than usual around those dates.
How to order
- How do I place an order?
- Send a booking enquiry from the portfolio page, or use the contact form. Tell Marina the occasion, the date you need it, your colours and your budget, and she will reply by email with a design suggestion and a price.
- Will my arrangement look exactly like the photo?
- It will be made similar to the picture rather than identical. Marina hand-makes every bouquet herself and there are never two the same — that is part of what makes each piece special. If you would like particular colours or a certain style matched, just say so when you order and she will work to it.
- Can you recreate a piece from the gallery?
- Absolutely. Any design shown can be recreated in your own colours, size and wrapping — made similar to the photo, with Marina's own touch on every one.
- What happens after I enquire?
- Marina confirms the design, price and completion date by email. Once you are happy, she starts making your piece and lets you know when it is ready to collect or be delivered.
- Can I change my order after it is confirmed?
- Small changes are usually fine before work starts. Once flowers have been ordered or the piece has been built, changes may affect the price and the completion date.
- How do I look after artificial flowers?
- Keep them out of direct sunlight to protect the colour and dust them gently with a soft brush or hairdryer on a cool setting. Cared for well, your arrangement will look beautiful for years.
